Machine Structure
1.Self-designed and manufactured main components of machine tools, overall steel plate welded structure, high strength and rigidity

Back gauge system

The back gauge system is positioned by the servo motor through the ball screw drive. The first bending is performed by manually placing the sheet on the workbench and pressing the foot switch. After the first bending, the electromagnet &pneumatic clamp will position the sheet according to the settings. In this way, automatic bending is realized, and after finished the bending, the cable tray will be pushed by the pneumatic discharge cylinder to the Discharge conveyor rack.


Auxiliary Cylinder(two in the front, two in the behind like orange colored in the PIC)
The function of the auxiliary supporting cylinder is to provide auxiliary support to the sheet when the sheet is bent, and also reduce the impact sound when the cable tray is bent.
