Resin Bond Diamond Wheel
The outer segmented diamond wheel is sintered by high quality metal powder and diamond powder under the high pressure and high temperature. Its outer serrated appearance can greatly improved the cutting force of this diamond grinding wheel. And the dentiform working layer provide space for the drainage and chip removal, reduced the temperature on glass surface, and the consumption of abrasive grain is small, then the sharpness could be maintained for long time, its thermal and heat resistance is superior.
The sharpness of this glass grinding wheel is super and could maintain long-life service. The normal shape of this outer segmented diamond wheel have two shapes, bowl shape and cup shape.
The grinding process is smooth and fast, the processing efficiency is high, greatly reduced the glass collapse, which made the grinding edges with good shape as required. The trimming efficiency for this glass grinding disc is high, but have low noise, which improved the grinding efficiency greatly, and save cost for the glass factory.
This outer segmented glass diamond wheel mainly used on the beveling machine, double edging machine, straight line machine,and it can be used together with other wheels, to grind and polish the wheels as required, such as diamond pencil edge wheel, wool felt wheel, diamond trapezoidal edge wheel, resin diamond grinding wheel, and so on.
