The installation process of the MPP power cable protection tube is a critical step in ensuring the reliable operation of your power piping system. 02. Eliminate any debris from both pipe ends. Position the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension at both ends, supported adequately outside the pipe rack. Align the pipe height with the frame's centerline, secure the slip, and insert a milling cutter to mill the pipe.
03. Mill the pipe until both ends exhibit continuous cutting. Then, remove the pressure, allowing the milling cutter to idle for several rotations before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly position it into the rack and apply the designated pressure until the pipe ends' circumference curls to the specified height. Reduce the pressure to allow the pipe ends to contact the heating plate, continuing to heat for the required duration.
06.When the heat absorption time is met, retract the movable frame and rapidly remove the heating plate. Close the pipe ends swiftly, ensuring the closing pressure is not excessive to avoid molten material expulsion, which can degrade welding quality.
07.Increase the pressure to the specified value for cooling. After natural cooling to ambient temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe to complete the welding process.

How long is your delivery time? For smaller quantities, your items will be delivered via international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, or TNT, or by air. The delivery time will vary from days to weeks, depending on the destination port.
