02, Remove any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Secure the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring that the extension length at both ends is equal. Use supports to hold the parts outside the pipe rack. Align the pipe to the same height as the centerline of the frame, and then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter to mill the pipe.
03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends. After this, remove the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two or three revolutions before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
05, When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the circumference of the pipe ends flips and the minimum curling reaches the designated height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, ensuring the pipe end face contacts the heating plate, and continue heating for the specified duration.
06,When the heat absorption time reaches the specified value, retract the movable frame and quickly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends together within the shortest time possible, not exceeding the specified switching time. Ensure that the closing pressure isn't too high to avoid squeezing out molten material and compromising welding quality.
07,Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. After allowing the pipes to cool naturally to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding process.
