In the installation process of the MPP power cable protection tube, the connection method is crucial. Selecting the appropriate connection method ensures the reliable operation of the power piping system. 02. Remove dirt from both ends of the pipe. Place the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring the length of the extension at both ends is equal. Support the parts outside the pipe rack. Align the pipe at the same height as the centerline of the frame, and then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter and mill the pipe.
03. After milling the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends, release the pressure. Allow the milling cutter to idle for two or three cycles before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips and the minimum curling reaches the specified height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, allowing the pipe end faces to contact the heating plate, and continue heating until the specified time.
06.Upon reaching the specified heat absorption time, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends, ensuring the switching time is as brief as possible and does not exceed the specified value. The closing pressure should not be too high to avoid squeezing out the molten material, which would reduce the welding quality.
07.Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding.
