In the installation process of the MPP power cable protection tube, choosing the correct connection method is crucial for the reliable operation of the power piping system. This section introduces several common MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, providing insight into their characteristics and application scenarios. Ensuring the right connection technique can significantly enhance the efficiency and safety of your installation.

01, Before beginning installation, ensure the welding machine's power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate meet the welding requirements. Conduct a test run on the milling cutter, oil pump switch, and other components. Install the slips that match the pipe specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate to the appropriate welding temperature and clean its surface using clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains.

02, Remove any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Secure the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension lengths at both ends. Support the parts outside the pipe rack with additional supports. Align the pipe to the centerline height of the frame, secure the slip, insert a milling cutter, and proceed to mill the pipe.

03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting is achieved at both ends. Then, release the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two to three revolutions before retracting the movable frame and switching off the milling cutter.
 
04, Remove the milling cutter and bring the pipe ends together. Verify that the end face displacement does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When closing, ensure no significant gap between the pipe ends, adhering to a gap width of 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05, When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends flip, achieving the minimum required curling height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, ensuring the pipe end face contacts the heating plate and continues heating for the designated time.

06, Once the heat absorption time is met, retract the movable frame and promptly remove the heating plate. Close the pipe ends together quickly, keeping the switching time minimal and within the specified limit. Ensure the closing pressure is not excessively high to avoid squeezing out molten material, which could compromise welding quality.07, Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it during cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe to complete the welding process.

07, Elevate the pressure to the required value and keep it steady during the cooling phase. Once the pipe has naturally cooled to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe, thus completing the welding operation.Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain pressure for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding.
