02, Remove any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Position the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal length extensions at both ends. Support the parts outside the pipe rack appropriately. Align the pipe at the same height as the frame's centerline, and secure the slip. Insert and mill the pipe with a milling cutter.
03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends. Then, release the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two or three rotations before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
05, Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, swiftly place it in the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends flip circumference and the minimum curling height is reached. Reduce the pressure so the pipe end faces make contact with the heating plate and maintain this until the designated heating time is accomplished.
06,Upon achieving the specified heat absorption time, retract the movable frame quickly and remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends immediately, keeping the switching time as short as possible, not exceeding the specified value. The closing pressure should be moderate to prevent molten material from being squeezed out, which could reduce welding quality.
07,Raise the pressure to the specified value, maintaining it during the cooling phase. After the natural cooling process brings the pipe to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, and remove the pipe to complete the welding process.
