02, Remove any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Place the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension lengths at both ends. Support the parts outside the pipe rack with supports. Align the pipe height with the centerline of the frame, then secure the slip. Insert the milling cutter and proceed to mill the pipe.
03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends, then remove the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two to three revolutions before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
05, When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips and the minimum curling reaches the specified height. Reduce the pressure to the prescribed value, allowing the pipe ends to contact the heating plate. Continue heating until the specified duration is reached.
06, When the heat absorption time reaches the specified value, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends immediately, ensuring the switching time is as short as possible, not exceeding the specified limit. The closing pressure should be optimal to prevent squeezing out molten material and compromising welding quality.07, Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding process.
08, Final inspection: Ensure all connections are secure and free of defects. How long is your delivery time? For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Typically, it will take 3-5 days for you to receive the goods after dispatch. For large quantity products, shipping is done by sea. The transit time varies from days to weeks, depending on the destination port.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight costs. For premium products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost. After multiple collaborations or if you become a VIP customer, we will offer free samples upon request.
