Tire Batch-off Machine for Firm Cooling with XP800

This Machine can satisfy the requirement duiring mixing process of film cooling , slicing and laminating ,etc. The film cooling mold can as per customer requirement adopt spray or immersion. This machine adopt belt lifting and stainless steel woven mesh net to lift, with film head press device and dilm surface printing device. According to customer's requirement, vertical and horizontal blade cutter can be added. Hanging rubber length is controlled by frequency motor, freely control the rubber film hanging length , let the rubber film got sufficient cooling and frying, meet the techinic requirements.
