Product Description

This equipment is applicable to reliability tests simulating environmental conditions such as high and low temperature constant, gradual change, sudden change or damp heat tests for various electrical products, other products, components and materials. The high and low temperature and damp heat test chamber of Mentek is designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standards GB/T10586-2006 and T10592-2008.

The equipment meets the following test standards:

1. The outer shell of the test chamber is made of powder-sprayed galvanized colored steel plate.

2. The inner chamber is all made of SUS#304 stainless steel plate. There are evenly adjustable hanging hole strips with test sample track frames on both sides of the inner chamber. The thermal insulation layer consists of a rigid polyurethane foam with a thickness of at least 10 cm plus glass wool. The connection at the front doors of the inner and outer chambers uses a high-quality bakelite glass fiber board door frame as a thermal conduction partition, which has excellent low-temperature thermal insulation performance. The airtight strip on the door is a double-channel wide silicone foam with a wide temperature resistance range.

3. Air supply circulation in the test space The mature air supply system uses a multi-blade aluminum impeller resistant to high and low temperatures. It is driven by a motor to supply air through the upper louver and return air from the lower side. The uniformity within the range of -70ºC to 100ºC is less than 2ºC (distributed according to the international 10-point standard).

Controller Operating System
1. A low-power-consumption (8W) temperature and humidity controller of original production is adopted, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±3°C.

2. High-resolution screen The display is a 7 - inch TFT true - color liquid crystal resistive touch screen with a resolution as high as 800*480.

3. High program capacity Memory capacity: 1000 programs/1000 segments, 999 total cycles, 999 cycles for partial cycles; 10 - group program linking function. There is also a real - time temperature curve display for direct query.

4. High data storage capacity It can store 300 days of historical data during operation. The data can be transferred to an external hard drive, or directly uploaded to a computer via a network cable or downloaded to the controller.

5. Convenient networking The controller uses a LAN standard network cable for communication. One software can connect up to 16 devices at most. Through the external interface of the machine, it can be easily connected to the local area network to achieve remote control functions, such as real - time monitoring, historical curve playback, data download, setting, editing and operating the machine, etc.

6. Convenient printing The controller can directly drive a printer through the external USB interface to print historical data. 

Heating and Humidifying System
1. Bare wire type nickel-chromium alloy electric heating tube features small thermal inertia, small overshoot during heating-up, and provides a strong guarantee for high-precision fluctuation.

2. Humidifier
It adopts a humidifying cylinder (boiler method) for humidification. Compared with the traditional surface humidification (water tray method), it has a faster speed, higher control accuracy, and there will be no contamination from impurities such as water scale inside the chamber. It has good low-humidity performance and is convenient for cleaning. The humidifying tube uses a full stainless steel seamless sleeve, with an insulation resistance greater than 50MΩ, and is equipped with an anti-dry burning controller. It also saves water and energy. There is a front-mounted pull-out large-capacity water tank with a volume of 25L. The design of quick-connect for water and electricity plugging and unplugging is convenient for disassembly and cleaning. The precise dehumidification control in three humidity zones saves water consumption. For high-temperature and high-humidity conditions in line with national standards, such as at the point of 85°C and 85% RH, the design of turning off the refrigeration and dehumidification system (OFF) can greatly reduce the water consumption.

 Controller Operating System Optional Equipment to Meet Extreme Test Conditions
1. Selection of Circulating Air Mode: Ceiling Air Supply or Variable-speed Motor If your product has special requirements for the air supply wind speed, this solution is your best choice.

2. Selection of Water Supply System: RO Reverse Osmosis When our equipment is used for humidity tests, pure water is required. This automatic water production method can continuously provide pure water, achieving the effects of saving time and being convenient.

3. Polymer Membrane/Rotary Dehumidification System If long-term low-temperature and low-humidity test conditions are your necessary requirements, then the honeycomb chemical dehumidification system is your inevitable choice. The humidity range can meet the requirements of 10°C/10% RH or even lower.

4. LN2/LCO2 We provide a full range of professional LN2/LCO2 solenoid valves imported from Europe and the United States and the relevant control systems to meet your test requirements for rapid temperature rise and fall.

5. Ultrasonic Cooling and Humidifying System If you must conduct dynamic tests with high heat generation loads under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, then the ultrasonic cooling and humidifying system is an important auxiliary equipment to meet such strict requirements.

6. Addition of an Inner Glass Door and a Hand-operated Hole For the frequent movement and activation of the tested objects, adding an inner glass door and a related hand-operated hole (∮125mm*Ea) can eliminate the impact on the test environment caused by opening the chamber door.

7. Recorder for Instantly Obtaining Test Data When it is necessary to simultaneously measure and record the temperatures at multiple points of the test environment and the tested objects, purchasing an additional recorder that meets the specifications is the best choice to meet this requirement.

8. Computer-connected Operation and Recording Software The connection software developed specifically for Mentek's environmental testing machines has powerful functions. It can monitor multiple machines simultaneously, access the data in the operating machines, and provide the most convenient and advanced digital functions for users.
