The Hard-Boiled Egg Production System is designed to automatically boil, cool, and peel up to an impressive 20,000 eggs per hour. It is proficient in handling both white eggs and the more challenging brown eggs with ease. Capacity options include 8,000 eggs/hour, 10,000 eggs/hour, and 20,000 eggs/hour.

The entire egg tray is manually placed onto the conveyor belt of theegg loading machine.Once the egg tray is in position, a suction cup device automatically transfers the eggs onto the conveyor belt, allowing the empty tray to be automatically stacked.

Eggs are seamlessly conveyed to the entireconveyor beltand are evenly distributed on the net chain, facilitating their transport to the pre-cooking centering machine.

Pre-cooked eggs enter the egg-boiler where both the cooking time and temperature are preset. The eggs undergo a dual boiling process using a combination of steam and water for optimal results.

The boiled eggs are then lifted into a cold water tank for cooling. They are cooled using either tap water or ice water, preparing them for the subsequent shelling stage.

Once cooled, the eggs are transferred into the shelling machine. Here, they undergo crushing and shelling processes, and are sprayed with clean water to remove any remaining shell fragments.
