It use variety of control technologies, included self-developed pneumatic, hydraulic, concealed electric spindle, concealed high-power powered turret, automatic tool measuring and adjusting (Optional), temperature control, collision protection. Combined Turning-Milling process and Intelligent control, also intergrated mechanic, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic.
It has six feeding axis and two C-axis, totally eight axis, X1,Y,Z1,X2,Z2,W,C1,C2, Turning, Milling, Drilling, Boring, Tapping, Reaming can be done in one process. C-axis can be divided into 0.001degree, suit for processing Cam, Spiral flute with complex shape.
