Q2: Can I visit your factory before I make order?
A2: Welcome, we will show our production line, office, showroom etc.
Q3: Can you offer us sample before we place an order?
A3: Sure, we can offer you samples for checking, but courier charges by your side.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A4: Quality is priority. All the products will be 100% inspected before shipment, we want offer the customer fantastic selling experience.
Q5: Could you accept OEM order?
A5: OEM order is acceptable and you'd better supply artwork as PDF or AI format file.
Q6: What is your MOQ?
A6: MOQ is different for different items. For some RTS products,we can supply with small qty. So pls consult with our sales people regarding your inquired item.
Q7: How about the lead-time?
A7: Samples with customer logo: Normally takes about one week.
Mass production: Normally takes one~two month based on different items.
