The Feature of Machine
1.Loading table, heating chamber, flat cooling section and unloading table are installed with independent drive systems, and their own running speed can be automatically controlled by computer. Every mode also can be changed automatically.
2.Heating chamber: On/ off switch is electric control. Up/down quenching section and air pressure balance adjustment : electric control. Overall air pressure adjustment: Computer system control. Blower: converter start-up and control.
3.Function Feature: If sudden power off, emergency glass expelled can be manually operated on the main driving. If under voltage or malfunction, there is automatic alarm.
