Omega-3 oil 5025 EE is clear, pale-yellow, odorless, slightly fishy smell liquid. It is obtained by esterification of Peru fish oil, manufactured by molecular distillation, blending and filtration.
Application: Used for food fortification and dietary supplements.
Shelf life: 24 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container at room temperature.
Refined fish oil refers to the fish internal lipid which is rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (Docosahexenoic acid).

It is the reason why we use the deep sea fishes to refine the EPA and DHA.
