General Description
GC5005 is a high quality 5 Mega CMOS image sensor, for mobilephone camera
applications and digitalcamera products .GC 5005 incorporates a2608Vx1960H
pixel array, on-chip 10-bit ADC, and image signal processor.
The fullscale integration of high-performance and low-power functions makes
the GC5005fit the design, reduce implementation process, and extend the battery life
of cellphones, PDAs, and a wide variety of mobile applications.
It provides RAW10andRAW 8 data formats with MIP I interface.It has a
commonly used two-wire serial interface for host to control the operation of the whole
sensor.
