Polyester resin-impregnated glass fiber mesh latitude-free binding tape (mesh latitude-free tape) is a high-performance binding material, mainly used for binding and fixing electrical equipment such as motors and transformers. It is composed of fiberglass and polyester resin and has high strength, high heat resistance and good electrical insulation properties.
Product features
-High strength
Glass fiber serves as a reinforcing material, giving the weftless tape high tensile strength. When binding motor rotors, transformer windings and other components, it can withstand large centrifugal force and electromagnetic force to ensure the stability of the equipment during operation.
-High heat resistance
Polyester resin has good heat resistance, allowing the weftless tape to maintain its physical and mechanical properties in higher temperature environments. Generally, it can be used in the temperature range of 130ºC-150ºC for a long time, and can even withstand higher temperatures in a short period of time.

1/Excellent electrical insulation properties
2/Wide range of temperature up to 260°C(500°CF)
3/Good adhesive, easily peeling off and leaving no residue
4/Solvent and corrosion resistance
