It is used to correct the mistracking of the load-bearing surface of the conveyor belt because of the trough characteristics of the
conveyor belt on the load-bearing surface, which requires a different correction structure. It applies the principle of automatic
correction system of return flat roller correction in the horizontal plane. The tapered rollers on both sides enable the correction
of load and heavy load conditions to activate our standard central pivot system. The tapered rollers on both sides are designed
for the most efficient contact range, with an angle range of 30-45 degrees between the edge of the belt and the side tapered
rollers, which ensures that no 90 ° contact with the edge of the belt occurs. When the belt is off-center, the belt slides sideways
upward, and the tapered rollers on both sides slide upwards to drive the tapered rollers to roll, thus causing the double-groove
automatic correction device to turn on its internal pivot and turn the belt back to center with minimal force.
