Product features

1. The cleaning blade is made of high-strength polyurethane, which has high strength, wear resistance, elasticity, and low friction coefficient. It will not cause damage to the conveyor belt and has a long service life.
2. The unique plow type cleaning structure makes it easier to remove residues on the surface of the conveyor belt.
3. After the blade wears out, there is no need to manually adjust it. The blade compensation can be automatically adjusted according to the weight of the cleaner.
4. The latest spring tension type is optional, which can make the cleaner better fit the conveyor belt, and the cleaning effect is more stable and efficient.

   Product Usage

Installed on the return belt at the front end of the drum at the tail of the belt conveyor, clean the residue on the surface of the return belt to avoid residual materials being trapped in the tail drum and causing damage to the conveyor belt and drum.
