Automatic Beer Keg Washer And Filler Combine Liquid Filling Machine

The equipment is an integrated cleaning and filling machine for moving table, which can realize the function of cleaning beer keg with wine and filling. Through the PLC program to control the sequence of related mechanical and electrical components, complete the cleaning, filling and CIP actions, to achieve the beer barrel cleaning, filling beer and cleaning and emptying the filling pipeline functions.
Pneumatic Angle valve combination to ensure safe work. All frames, workstations, lines and valves are stainless steel, and all lines and pneumatic systems are closed loop. The machine is equipped with three stations of cleaning, waiting and filling, and the two stations of cleaning and filling are controlled separately.
