Product Introduction
The main configuration of the model is as follows (paper feeding section, paper feeding table side positioning section, waste cleaning section, counting and stacking section, with optional paper receiving section)
1.Front Edge Paper Feeding Section
The paper feeding adopts a mobile leading edge non-stop feeding method, and adopts mechanical transmission with stable performance, ensuring smooth die-cutting of corrugated paper from three to five layers.
2.Positioning Part on the side of the Paper Feeding Table
(1) One set of measuring and positioning push gauges on each side
(2) High quality wear-resistant conveyor belts and paper pressure brushes can adapt to cardboard of different thicknesses.
(3) Unique servo paper feeding, high paper positioning accuracy, ensuring the accuracy of paper pre positioning.
3.Die Cutting Department
(1) The main transmission adopts worm gear and worm gear transmission.
(2) The worm gear and main shaft bearing are made of high-quality copper alloy with good pressure resistance and wear resistance.
(3) The platform adopts a fixed structure.
(4) The die-cutting department is equipped with a safety door and a plate frame safety locking system.
(5) Adopting a pneumatic clutch system.
(6) The positioning system adopts a three piece interlocking cam intermittent structure and an overload anti-collision torque limiter.
(7) The transmission chain adopts imported pre extended chain.
(8) Eight paper teeth rows, with 8 paper teeth and matching pillows per row.
(9) Electric eye detection is installed at the input and output ports to promptly stop the machine if the paper is not in place or falls off.
(10) The electronic fault display screen can monitor various operating states.
(11) The main transmission adopts a circulating oil lubrication system, and abnormal oil pressure will trigger an alarm and shut down.
4.Clearing Waste Department
(1) There are two types of waste cleaning: one is to clean the three sides of the waste edge and the middle part, usually called semi waste cleaning, and the other is to clean the mouth and mouth, usually called full waste cleaning. Both of these must be clearly stated before booking.
(2) There are differences in structure between semi clean waste and fully clean waste, such as simple waste cleaning frames and three frame waste cleaning. It is important to check carefully before ordering a machine.
