Regarding the quality, inspection instrument had CMMA, profile projector, high gauge, ID&ODmicrometer, it is quite strict inspection procedure, we have flow in inspector and professionainspectors each size of product must be test one to one after completing production and providequality report.
Our quality inspection department:
1. Inspection of incoming raw materials.
2. First article inspection during production adjustment.
3. Sampling inspection shall be carried out every hour during the production process.
4. Full inspection before shipment. Ensure the best quality shipments.
