Q: How long does a custom spring typically take?
A: The lead time for custom springs varies. For springs within our tooling range, such as compression, extension, torsion, and linear types, delivery is within 7 to 10 days. For more complex spring shapes, the lead time extends to approximately 14 to 21 days.
Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: Yes, we charge a sample fee for custom springs which is considered an ordering fee applicable towards a full order. Essentially, the sample fee is refundable upon receipt of your order. However, if additional tooling is required for your sample, those costs will be charged separately.
