Jiusheng operates out of a state-of-the-art 5000 square meter facility, bolstered by a robust technical team, comprising senior professional engineers and over 20 specialized technicians. We pride ourselves on an impressive array of advanced imported machinery: over 10 Taiwanese Xieyi punching machines, more than 20 imported automatic lathes, an equal number of screw machines, and over 20 Xinda spring machines. Complementing our production capabilities is our suite of precision testing equipment, including secondary element detectors, projectors, salt spray testers, torsion and resilience testers, and tensile testing machines. Q: How long does a custom spring typically take?
A: Lead times for our custom springs vary depending on complexity. For compression, extension, torsion, and linear springs within our tooling range, we ensure delivery within 7 to 10 days. For springs featuring complex shapes, the lead time extends to approximately 14 to 21 days.
Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: We do charge a sample fee for custom springs, which acts as an ordering fee for a full order. This sample fee, however, is refundable upon order confirmation. If your sample necessitates additional tooling, additional charges will apply.
