A: Custom spring lead times vary. For compression, extension, torsion, and linear springs within our tooling range, expect delivery within 7 to 10 days. More complex spring designs may require approximately 14 to 21 days for completion.
Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: We do charge a sample fee for custom springs, which is refundable upon placing a full order. If additional tooling is required for your sample, additional charges will apply. This fee functions as an ordering fee for larger quantities.
