HP10 silicon piezoresistive pressure core is the core component of pressure sensor and pressure transmitter. As a high performance pressure sensor, it can be easily amplified and assembled into the transmitter of standard signal output.
HP10 core body is diffused silicon pressure sensitive chip packages to the 316 l stainless steel shell, plus pressure by sealed inside stainless steel diaphragm, silicone oil, is passed on to the sensitive chip sensitive chips don't direct contact with the measured medium, pressure measurement of all solid state structure, so the product can be applied to various occasions, including harsh corrosive medium environment.HP10 core adopts o-ring for pressure sealing, easy to install.The company can also undertake special customization according to the needs of users, such as all-welded structure, wide temperature compensation, high reliability, strong impact and vibration resistant pressure sensors, especially for national defense weapons and equipment.
