Product Description
Rectification process
The equipment is composed of pretreatment part, heat exchange part, atmospheric and vacuum part, gas phase directional cracking part, high vacuum film rectification part and vacuum system.
Refining process
Refining consists of two parts: degumming and liquid catalyst.

1. Production method
This project adopts the production method of combining thin film evaporation and distillation tower under high vacuum condition to deweight waste oil into gross oil. In the gas phase oriented cracking tower, the gross oil is cracked to produce diesel oil through a series of later refining, and qualified diesel products are produced to meet the use standards.
