Product Description
While the car clutch master cylinder is damaged, what will happen to the vehicle?
After the clutch master cylinder of the car is damaged, the vehicle will not have clutch, because the clutch master cylinder generates hydraulic pressure. After the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the clutch master cylinder compresses the clutch oil, and the pressure is transmitted to the clutch slave cylinder through the pipeline. Clutch Slave cylinders convert hydraulic pressure into thrust. Push the clutch to release the bearing, so that the power of the engine cannot be transmitted to the gearbox, thereby realizing the effect of clutch separation. Therefore, when the clutch master cylinder is damaged, it cannot be smooth or cannot shift gears.
The damage of the clutch master cylinder is generally due to the poor seal of the cup of the clutch master cylinder. After the cup is damaged, the clutch oil will leak, and when the clutch pedal is stepped down, the hydraulic pressure generated will be leaked, so that the normal hydraulic pressure cannot be achieved. Enough pressure reaches the clutch release cylinder, and the release bearing cannot be pushed, and the clutch pressure plate needs a relatively large thrust to push.
Another is that the clutch oil has not been changed for a long time, resulting in deterioration of the clutch oil, high internal water content, and corrosion of the clutch slave cylinder or master cylinder, which may easily cause the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder to be stuck, resulting in non-returning, and thus no clutch effect. Clutch fluid is generally used as brake fluid, because brake fluid is also hydraulically transmitted pressure, and the brake master cylinder drives the four-wheel brake cylinder to generate braking force. The clutch oil is generally replaced with the replacement cycle of the brake oil, that is, the clutch oil is replaced when the brake oil is changed.
Causes and Solutions of Faults of clutch Master and Slave Cylinders, Let's show you as follows(from HDAG brake/clutch master/slave cylinder):
1.The clutch is not completely disengaged, and it is difficult to shift gears. After debugging, it fails again after a period of exercise.
Reasons: (1) The clutch pedal and the eccentric pin nut connected to the clutch master cylinder are loose; (2) The push rod nut of the clutch master cylinder is loose; (3) There is a problem with the pressure plate and driven plate of the clutch driven plate assembly.
Solution: (1) Tighten the nut of the eccentric pin; (2) Adjust the clearance of the push rod nut and then tighten the pin; (3) Replace the pressure plate or driven plate with a new one.
2. The clutch is heavy, cannot be separated, and it is difficult to shift gears
Reasons: (1) The air inside the clutch slave cylinder is exhausted; (2) The clearance of the push rod of the clutch master cylinder is too large, which makes the effective stroke of the clutch slave cylinder insufficient; (3) The elastic deformation of the clutch slave cylinder bracket is large, which reduces the effective stroke ;(4) The welding angle of the clutch release rocker arm is out of tolerance, resulting in too much center distance between the flange end of the clutch slave cylinder and the fork hole of the release arm, and because the clutch cylinder push rod cannot be adjusted, the stroke is not enough; (5) Excessive clearance of the shift linkage mechanism causes resistance; (6) The release bearing is not lubricated, and the inner hole is rough; (7) The clutch master cylinder does not match the clutch slave cylinder.
Solution: (1) Evacuate the unexhausted air; (2) Adjust the push rod of the clutch master cylinder to the best effective stroke; (3) Re-strengthen the bracket of the clutch slave cylinder; (4) Re-weld to reduce the distance between the separation arm and the center (5) Replace the gear shift linkage; (6) Replace the related parts that have been roughened, and add lubricating oil; (7) Replace the clutch master cylinder that matches the clutch release cylinder.
3. The more you step on the clutch pedal, the heavier you step on it, the higher you step on it, and it slips
Reason: The push rod of the clutch master cylinder is adjusted downwards too far, so that the check valve of the piston is closed. The pressure oil of the clutch slave cylinder cannot come back, and the clutch plate will be burnt in severe cases.
