HA-R Series Motor Rotor Core Shaft Thermal Shrink Fitting Furnace is a specialized industrial heating system used for assembling the rotor core onto the motor shaft through a thermal shrink fitting process. This method relies on controlled heating to expand the rotor core, allowing it to fit tightly onto the shaft without the need for additional fasteners or adhesives.;
Performance
1. Surface temperature of the furnace: ≤room temperature +20ºC. For special places, please refer to the standard JB/T5520-91;2. An advanced hot air circulation system ensures good temperature uniformity in the furnace;
3. The inner liner is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel and equipped with thermal expansion joints. The inner liner will not deform at high temperature and is durable;
4, Door forms: front door, top door, sliding door, flip door, vertical lift door;
5. Door opening methods: manual, electric-driven or hydraulic-driven
6. Door structure: single-layer or double-layer available
7. Heating mode: electricity, gas or fuel.
