Wire mesh frame tube is a new type of tube with high density polyethylene (HDPE) as the matrix, and high performance HDPE modified adhesive resin is used to connect the steel wire frame with the inner and outer high density polyethylene closely together.Therefore, Wire mesh frame tube has the advantages of anti-corrosion, no scaling, smooth low resistance, heat preservation without wax, wear resistance, light weight and so on. It also breaks the pressure limit of PE pipe, with the highest pressure up to 3.5MPa.
The implementation standard is GB/T 32439-2015.
Transportation: no scratches, throwing, violent impact, oil and chemical pollution.
Construction: When heating, tube wall thickness ×9-10 seconds. The cooling time is three times the heating time. It should be putting into use after the pressure test is fine.
