Process points: deacidification, degumming, decolorization, deodorization, winterization and dewaxing, etc. Several steps or all of them can be used for refining according to the variety of crude oil.
Refining tank: used for hydration degumming, neutralization and deacidification of oil.
Decolorization tank: used for adsorption and decolorization of oil.
Deodorizing tank: used for high-temperature distillation to remove the peculiar smell in the oil.
Filter: remove impurities and decolorizers in oil.
Vacuum unit: equipped with decolorization pot and deodorization pot to generate negative pressure vacuum.
Steam generator: heating water to generate steam to supply equipment for distillation
