Conical Double Twin Screw Plastic CPVC PVC Pipe Extruder Extrusion Production Line

PVC pipe production line is used to produce UPVC/PVC pipe with diameter from 16 up to 630mm, which is used for electric conduit, building drainage, sewage pipe, water supply pipe, well casing pipe, agricultural irrigation pipe and so on.

It's mainly composed by conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul off machine, cutting machine, stacker, belling machine.

By replacing the die or core rod, it can produce several diameter or wall thickness on the same machine.

1. Length can be customized 4000mm, 6000mm, 9000mm
2. Vacuum pump: 2.2kw-11kw
3. Water pump: 2.2kw, 3kw, 4kw, 5.5kw, 7.5kw, etc.

Laser Printer

1. Specially designed for plastic pipe printing
2. Clear printing words
3. Touch screen control

Haul-off Machine

1. Rubber belt
2. 2-6 claws (acccording to the pipe diameter)
3. Machine speed controlled by ABB Inverter.
4. Machine is controlled together with Vacuum calibration Tank and Cutter.

Pipe Cutting Machine

1. Blade cutting or planetary cutting
2. PLC touch screen control system
3. Pipe length metering device

Pipe Socketing/Belling Machine

1. Model: SGK63, SGK160, SGK200, SGK250, SGK315, SGK400, SGK630, etc.
2. Delta/Siemens touch screen PLC control
3. Pipe Socket type can be U type or R type
