Classification of grooved pipe fittings:

Groove fittings (grooved fittings) is a new type of steel pipe connection pipe fittings, also known as clamp connection. Grooved pipe fittings include two broad categories of products:
(1) The pipe fittings that play the role of connecting and sealing include rigid coupling, flexible coupling, mechanical tees and grooved flanges;
(2) The pipe fittings that play the role of connection transition include elbows, tees, cross, reducers, blinds cap, etc.
The groove connection pipe fittings that play the role of connecting and sealing are mainly composed of three parts: sealing rubber ring, clamp and locking bolt. The rubber sealing ring located in the inner layer is placed on the outside of the pipe to be connected, and it is matched with the pre-rolled groove, and then the clamp is fastened on the outside of the rubber ring, and then fastened with two bolts. Because its rubber sealing ring and clamp adopt a unique sealable structural design, the groove connection has good sealing, and its tightness is correspondingly enhanced with the increase of fluid pressure in the pipe.
