IBC Fully Automatic Paint Chemical Lubricating Oil Liquid Water Barrel Can Rotary Vertical Filling Machinery Machine

This project adopts the filling method below the liquid surface, which can be applied to the filling of various liquid materials; it requires an adjustable pneumatic ball valve and spray gun to increase the filling speed while ensuring the filling accuracy; reduce the dripping of residual liquid after the filling is completed; the gas collection hood avoids the volatile gas generated during the filling process and effectively protects the operating staff.

During operation, the IBC barrel is automatically transported to the bottom of the spray gun; after the detection barrel is in place, the spray gun enters the barrel mouth, the empty barrel is automatically peeled, and then accurately filled at two speeds; when the filling reaches the set value, the filling is completed, and the spray gun is automatically lifted to the outside of the barrel, and a cycle is completed.
