Liquid Cooling Load Bank 30kw resistive Load Bank for data center testing

Product introduction
Liquid-cooled loads can be used to simulate the actual heat generation and power consumption of real servers in the server room, to test the effect of liquid cooling in the server room and the safety of power consumption in the server room lines, and to provide a data basis and test means for the availability of the server room system.
Liquid-cooled load adopts modularized design scheme, which is easy to maintain and replace, and can be used as a single unit or multiple units in parallel, with multiple gears adjusted for each unit.

The load panel has a power working indicator light and a fault alarm indicator light.
The inlet and outlet water temperature sensors display temperature, current, voltage, and power data (the display screen has a protective cover), and the sensor accuracy is 0.5.

(Extensions)
The equipment reserves 4 sets of 4~20mA signal acquisition modules and input signal access positions, and provides a 24V power supply interface. Users can expand the collection function by adding corresponding collection sensors (such as inlet and outlet water pressure sensors, flow sensors, etc.) Extended acquisition function, the local touch screen design reserves the display and storage functions of the corresponding blocks for users to expand functions.
Installation ProcessThe pipelines adopt reliable connection methods such as flanges and clamps, and the seals meet the requirements of durability and non-pollution of cooling water. The internal pipeline part is insulated and protected. The external interface of the load is equipped with a stainless steel blind plate. When the equipment is idle, the interior can be filled with nitrogen for protection, meeting dust proof and anti-corrosion requirements.
Welding ProcessAll use argon arc welding bottom welding process.
Over Temperature ProtectionThe load brings in and out water temperature monitoring, and alarm prompts when the water temperature is abnormal (inlet and outlet water temperature upper and lower limit alarms, adjustable values, two-stage alarm, one-stage alarm prompt, two-stage alarm for unloading).
Over Current ProtectionWhen switching over-current protection, the audible and visual alarm prompts and cuts off the over-current load;
Pressure protection (extended function)The load can monitor the inlet and outlet water pressure. When the pressure exceeds the set value (the alarm value can be set), an alarm will be given and the load will be cut off.
Ground ProtectionThe load input port has a ground wire connected to the chassis, and the chassis body has a ground terminal for user grounding.
Protection and InterlockWhen one or more AC and DC circuit breakers are over current, in addition to the audible and visual alarm, the load of the over current circuit breaker must be cut off at the same time. It must be manually confirmed to be powered off and reset before it can continue to be used.
It is required that the load cannot be loaded when the coolant is not detected; when the temperature is too high, in addition to the audible and visual alarm, the load must be cut off at the same time, and the power-off reset must be manually confirmed before continued use.
