We have two modern factories. We employ 50 factory workers, including 5 quality control and engineering specialists. You are welcome to visit our factory.

Q3. What's your warranty?
All our products come with a one-year warranty or 1500 operational hours, whichever comes first.
Q4. What happens if goods are damaged during transit?
We use secure packaging to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. If the goods are damaged in transit and are insured, we will file a claim with the insurance company to cover the loss. If there is no insurance, we will claim the shipping company, and in some cases, we may compensate the client directly.

Yes, there are several ways to add your logo. We can attach a label with your logo or use silk printing to display your logo on the products. This service is free of charge.
