1.Wire cutting machine
Frequency-controlled wire cutting machine is a high-precision, low-loss cutting equipment that uses high-strength fine steel wire and advanced PLC control system to achieve precise cutting of products. It is suitable for automotive exhaust catalysts and industrial catalyst carriers. Through the automatic loading and unloading device, it improves production efficiency and material utilization, ensuring the stability and efficiency of the cutting process.

2.Laser coding and code reading
Laser coding technology is widely used in the fields of ceramics and silicon carbide. It uses high-energy laser beams to form permanent, high-precision marks on the surface of high-hardness materials. It is suitable for marking information such as brand logos, batch numbers and production dates, ensuring product traceability and quality management in high temperature and harsh environments.

3.Microwave
The microwave section uses Siemens system, which is convenient for communication and connection with other equipment in the factory, and is easy to maintain. The microwave section consists of multiple independent microwave cavities with a hexagonal structure. The ceramic forms a complete air duct with hot air inside the cavity. The wind energy of the medium-pressure centrifugal fan passes through the ceramic and takes away the moisture inside. The top is covered with PC board and the bottom is transported with PP chain plate. Both materials are good wave-transmitting materials and will not affect the microwave. The dense hole/wire mesh is pressed at the air outlet to reduce wind loss and improve efficiency.

The hot air section adopts a bottom-up circulation structure. One set of hot air consists of one high-temperature circulation fan, one wind speed meter, one temperature meter, one frequency converter, one set of dry-burning tubes, two sets of air valves, and one set of humidity tester. It can accurately control the temperature, humidity, and wind speed during the drying process.

4.Dehumidification system
This system is designed to efficiently remove moisture generated during microwave heating. The core components of the system include high-performance fans, precision air inlet and outlet ducts, and high-efficiency filtration devices. During operation, the fan inhales air with strong power. After the air is fully mixed with the moisture released by the material in the microwave cavity, it is quickly extracted and discharged to the outside through the air outlet duct. To ensure the quality of the discharged air, we specially use a high-efficiency centrifugal fan, which can effectively intercept and remove impurities and particles in the moisture, ensuring the cleanliness of the production environment and the stable operation of the equipment. The dehumidification system not only improves the drying efficiency of the equipment, but also reflects our strict control of product quality and our active practice of environmental protection concepts.

5.Robot transfer
The robot system grabs the microwave-cured horizontal material and rotates it to a vertical state, then accurately places it into a special hot air tray and enters the hot air drying equipment. The hot air quickly blows from bottom to top through the ceramic holes to take away moisture.
