Product Description
The main component of dispersant NNO is sodium methylene sulfonate. Dispersant NNO is a kind of anionic surfactant, which has good diffusion and protection properties of colloid. It is a light brown powder that is soluble in any hard water. It has an affinity for protein and polyamide fibers, but no affinity for cotton, flax, or other fibers.

1. Mainly used as dispersant for disperse dyes, VAT dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes and leather dyes. It has good grinding effect, solubilization effect and dispersibility.
2. Used for pigment pad dyeing, bright acid dyeing process, disperse dyes and soluble reducing dyes dyeing. Used for dyeing real cotton interwoven fabrics, can prevent silk dyeing.
3. As a spreading fertilizer in lake manufacturing, a stabilizer for latex and an auxiliary tanning agent for leather.
4. It can also be used for textile printing and dyeing, wettable pesticides as dispersants, paper dispersants, electroplating additives, water-soluble coatings, pigment dispersants, water treatment agents, carbon black dispersants, etc.

Dispersant NNO Dosage:1. As a dispersed filler of disperse and vat dyes. Dosage is the 0.5~3 times of vat dyes or 1.5~2 times of disperse dyes.
2. For tied dye, dosage of dispersant NNO is 3~5g/L, or 15~20g/L of Dispersant NNO for reduction bath.
3. 0.5~1.5g/L for polyester dyed by dispersed dye in high temperature / high pressure.
4. Used in the dyeing of azoic dyes, dispersant dosage is 2~5g/L, dosage of dispersant NNO is 0.5~2g/L for development bath.
