Brief Introduction of Fireclay / Fire Clay Brick:
Fireclay / Fire Clay Brick is mainly refers to the refractory products with the Al2O3 content of 30%-45%. It's mainly made of clay/chamottoe as the main raw material.
Application of Fireclay / Fire Clay Brick:
It's mainly used in lime kilns, boiler, pizza ovens, electric furnaces and all kinds of kiln lining and thermal equipment.

Packing Method:
a. bricks will be stacked on the export wooden pallets in order
b. there will be paper sheets between each layer of bricks
c. Orderly placed refractory bricks are wrapped around by plastic film to be waterproof
d. Eventually the four sides and top will be reinforced with plywood to prevent collisions
e. Pallet size no more than 1100x1100x1100 mm

R&D:
Fireramo has its own engineering technology center and testing laboratories, which can meet the testing requirements for various kinds of products and raw materials, and the research and development of new products. At the meanwhile, we have a well-equipped and skilled furnace construction team that can provide users with service items such as furnace design, construction, rapid maintenance and operation technical training, etc.
Capacity:
Our manufacturing company includes two high alumina brick and fireclay brick production lines, two silica brick production lines, two unshaped production lines and two lightweight brick production lines. The total production capacity reaches 148,000 tons, of which the annual output of high alumina clay brick production line is 50,000 tons, the annual output of silica brick production line is 60,000 tons, the annual output of lightweight production line is 18,000 tons, and the annual output of unshaped production line is 20,000 tons.
