System introduction
Coal mine electric power monitoring system is suitable for coal mine power supply system. Through collecting real-time data and remote control, coal mine underground power supply automation is realized (project of the Ministry of Science and Technology). Power monitoring and control system using mine power monitoring substation substation of underground mining, underground central substation, the function of substation, 35 KV substation (11KV) and ground, 6 KV, 10 KV substation, tested the step-down station monitoring on the ground, with well up and down on the remote control power switch and electrical equipment/electricity, telemetry, remote communication, remote setting, commonly known as five away, and other functions, so that the underground substation is unattended or few people on-duty, reducing power supply accidents, shortening fault handling time, rationally deploying equipment operation, improving equipment operating efficiency, and realizing remote monitoring of power systems.


The configuration of mine electric power dispatching command system with Ethernet ring network and other networking modes can meet the high, medium and low-end needs of different users.
The coal mine power monitoring system monitors the power parameters of the output line voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, electrical degree, system frequency, fault alarm, and switch opening/closing state of the substation, and is powered by electricity. The monitoring substation performs analysis and processing, and uploads the monitoring data to the ground management center for signal display, storage, and network distribution. The system meets the needs of power safety monitoring and monitoring within the power range.
