Insertion electromagnetic flow meter is a highly intelligent and highlyreliable flow meter developed based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and using international advanced technology. It is widely used in the field of large-diameter flow meters with its very high cost performance.
Features:
1 Measurement accuracy unaffected by changes in liquid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
2 The high-reliability plug-in installation method does not need to disassemble the measuring tube for the installation and maintenance of the sensor, so it is more suitable for on-site use where water cannot be cut off, and can be installed on the old pipeline on-site opening.
3 The structure is simple, the measuring tube of the electromagnetic flowmeter can be lined without lining, and the reliability is high.
4 Wide range of nominal diameter, suitable for all diameter pipes between DN150~DN3000.
5 Integrated ground electrode to achieve good grounding of the instrument.
6 The sensor adopts advanced processing technology, solid-state packaging, vibration resistance, anti-penetration, long life, so that the instrument has good measurement accuracy and stability

Q: If the flowmeter can be used to measure chemical solutions?A: Generally they can. Meanwhile we have to confirm whether the solution is conductive or not, then we have to know the solution's composition
and concentration and according to this can we finally confirm the what lining and electrode materials are available.
