A:We are factory with more than 30 years' experience of manufacturing, we have our own workshop and manufacturing line to show clients how our machines are made.
Q:How can we get satisfied machine in hand?
A: We will test machine in our factory once machine in ready, to check every parts working condition well and ; will record relative photo and video for installation.
Q:What should we charge if we need engineer service in our country?
A: You should bear the cost of our engineer's visa, round-way tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary (120usd/day)
Q: How long is your machine's warranty period?
A: All our machine have 1 year guarantee, starting from finished installation. we still keep service for whole life.
Q: How long is delivery time?
A:According to machine size and technology, 30-120 days. Every client will have his sales to help calculate exact delivery date and mark in Contact.
Q: PAYMENT METHOD?
A: 30% T/T as deposit and we start making. After finishing machine we will invite buyer to com factory for machine trial.(Including machine move adjustment, film passing through, function showing and for big models we will add material for testing)After trial passed. 70% before shipment. Also we accept L/C as tight.
