Our HB series precision servo planetary reducers offer exceptional performance in servo control applications. These reducers are renowned for their high cost-effectiveness, broad application range, practicality, and longevity. They provide excellent servo rigidity, precise positioning control, and feature low to medium clearance, high efficiency, high input speeds, and substantial input torque. With stable operation and low noise levels, they boast a lightweight design and a fully enclosed, maintenance-free system with lifetime, non-changeable lubricating oil. Rated IP65, they are suitable for challenging working conditions.

The gear transmission interface employs full needle roller bearings without cages, enhancing contact area to improve frame rigidity and boost output torque.
The planetarium and output shaft are crafted into an integrated structure, ensuring maximum torsional rigidity while enhancing the compactness of the overall design.


We utilize synthetic lubricating oil combined with an IP65 protection grade seal design to prevent oil leaks, ensuring a maintenance-free experience.
Our gear material is selected from high-grade chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, processed with advanced vacuum plasma nitriding to achieve a surface hardness of up to 1200Hv and a core hardness tempered to 30HRc. This results in optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.


By refining the tooth shape and lead on the helical tooth surface, we reduce gear impact and noise during operation. This enhances the smoothness of the meshing process and extends the gear train's service life.
