Product Description
The LeadCareTM 8601 is a synthetic rubber based hot melt adhesive specifically developed for non-woven bonding applications.The product provides good penetration and wettability to various substrates, high bond strength and tack.And no fluorescence.
Application: The product is suitable for construction of non-woven bonding applications(Baby diapers, Women's napkins,Nursing pad etc ).

The surface of Substrate and Isolated paper should be clean, no oil, and are processed with the constant temperature and humidity treatment. Suggested operation temperature is 150-160 ºCfor both, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions.
