CNC AXIS SERVO DRIVES AND GUIDEWAY SUB-COMPONENTS
1. X/Y/Z-axis drive: AC servo motor + synchronous belt pulley + high-precision ball screw (pre-tensioning between ball screw and nut, full-stroke inspection, eliminating the gap) transmission structure, to achieve X, Y, Z three-way feeding.2. X/Y-axis guideway: adopts linear sliding guideway, which has the advantages of good dynamic characteristics, large load bearing, high running accuracy, no crawling at low speed, and small friction resistance.
