3.3.1 The compressor base must be elegantly positioned on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a flawlessly level unit.
Skillfully place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once leveled, expertly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
The wedges should be crafted and installed by the user with attention to detail, ensuring perfectly even contact along the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve perfect alignment. The unit's leveling requirements are as follows: axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Proper coupling alignment is crucial. Begin by confirming these essential prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with caution;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section seamlessly;
4) Verify the motor installation surface's flatness, ensuring it is free of debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is appropriately larger than the bolt to allow smooth adjustments;
6) Have ample, pristine stainless steel gaskets ready, ensuring they are flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should prepare;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Use the motor hub mounting bracket to securely position the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, aligning the probe with the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor feet for near-perfect alignment between the compressor and motor center lines, maintaining a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be subtly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Thoroughly tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section after a successful motor idle test.
3.3.4 Once the casing's alignment and 'levelness' are adjusted to perfection, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation, ensure all bolts are re-tightened for optimal performance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any foreign solid or liquid can inflict irreversible damage. It is imperative that the connected pipelines are impeccably clean and conform to the steam corrosion standards of the system. Rectify any discrepancies and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Accord the import and export pipelines with the necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure the pipeline is supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor body from bearing its weight.
3.3.7 Once the grand installation of the main fan and its crucial ancillary equipment is complete and the concrete has firmly solidified, you are ready to proceed with the compressor operation test. This pivotal stage ensures that all components are seamlessly integrated and functioning perfectly in harmony.
3.3.8 The compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For seamless connectivity, the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet should run through a threading pipe, elegantly placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring optimal communication and operational efficiency.
