Service Policy
The products provided by Jiangsu Jinglun Pump Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are guaranteed to fully comply with contract requirements and are designed and constructed for optimal performance. All performance metrics and tolerances will meet or exceed specified values. The goods undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet the technical specifications and performance standards outlined in the contract and its attachments.
Should any goods fail to meet contract specifications, the seller will remedy the defects, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. If remediation is not possible, the buyer retains the right to reject the goods. In such cases, the seller must replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives that meet contract requirements, ensuring the replacements are delivered within the original contract deadline.
The seller will maintain an effective quality assurance system compliant with the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition during the production process. Additionally, the products will adhere to the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA 18001/HSE.
The warranty period for our pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months from the commencement of operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be rectified with free replacement parts. Should pump issues arise due to buyer's handling, the supplier will provide timely support. Replaced parts are guaranteed for one year from the replacement date.

2. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
