Service Policy
The goods provided by the seller must fully conform to the contract's requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction purposes. All performance values and tolerances must meet or exceed specifications. The goods will be tested as per the contract and its attachments to demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should any goods, or components thereof, fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller must remedy the defect, inspect, and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be completed within the agreed-upon timeframe. If the goods cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. In such cases, the seller must replace the non-compliant goods with suitable alternatives that meet the contract's requirements, ensuring completion within the originally stipulated delivery date.
The seller must maintain an effective quality assurance system equivalent to the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Products must also comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically OSHA180001/HSE standards.
The warranty period for the 4 pumps is 18 months from the shipment date or 12 months from the start of operation, whichever comes first. During this period, any manufacturing quality issues will be addressed with free part replacements. In the event of malfunctions caused by buyer-related issues, timely assistance will be provided. The warranty for replaced parts extends to one year.

2. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, C&F and CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
