Our Service Commitment

Comprehensive testing will be conducted in accordance with the contract and its attachments to validate their performance and compliance with technical specifications.
Should any product fail to meet contractual standards, we will promptly address and rectify the issue at no additional cost, including inspection and retesting. If the defects cannot be remedied, the buyer has the right to reject the goods. In such cases, we will replace the rejected items with compliant products, ensuring completion within the originally agreed delivery timeframe.
We adhere to a robust quality assurance system aligned with the ISO9000 series 2000 edition standards. Our products also comply with the HSE management system standard, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
Our pumps come with an 18-month warranty from the shipment date or 12 months post-operation, whichever is earlier. During this period, any manufacturing defects will be addressed with free replacement parts. Should any issues arise due to the buyer's actions, we will still provide timely support. Replaced parts come with a one-year warranty.

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in design and manufacturing. Just tell us your idea and we will help to carry out your ideas. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
