Application Range and Product Features
The pressure on the shaft seal is expertly balanced by the balance holes on the secondary blades or impellers. The shaft seal can utilize soft packing (with or without cooling).
Single and double end mechanical seals of various structures can also be implemented (including balanced types).
Durable ball bearings, with ample shaft diameter, ensure seamless operation. Certain pump body specifications are designed with double screw shells for balanced radial forces.

Our Commitment to Service
The products provided by the seller shall fully comply with all contractual requirements, ensuring suitability for the intended design and construction. They must meet or exceed all specified performance values and tolerances. Thorough testing in line with the contract and its attachments will demonstrate compliance with technical specifications and performance data.
Should the goods or any part thereof fail to meet the contract's provisions, the seller is obliged to rectify the defects and/or inspect and retest the goods at no additional cost to the buyer. This must be done within the timeframe agreed upon by both parties. If the goods cannot be adequately remedied, the buyer has the right to reject them. The seller must then replace the rejected goods with suitable alternatives, ensuring completion within the original contract's delivery schedule.
An effective quality assurance system, adhering to the ISO 9000 series 2000 edition, must be implemented by the seller. All products must comply with the HSE management system standards, specifically 0SHA180001/HSEo.
The warranty period for the four pumps is 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months after operation, whichever comes first. During this time, any manufacturing quality issues will result in free part replacements. If malfunctions occur due to the buyer's actions, the supplier will provide timely assistance. The warranty for replaced parts extends one year.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 30 to 45 days(Except for the selected brand).Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the product at your country.
